A new window will open that will allow you to create a database by entering a name for it.

Once, you have created the database this is not enough for WordPress to install and function, as it lacks access rights to the database, if this level of authentication security was not present anyone on the internet may have been able to abuse your database.

So, in order to provide WordPress access rights to the database, We will next create a User and User Password

Next, Add this newly created User to the database and allow all the privileges to the database so WordPress is free to read, write and delete data.
